Citizen is re-launching the Promaster Navihawk men’s watch, featuring a bold new design that embodies the adventurous spirit. This Promaster Navihawk A-T Atomic Timekeeping wristwatch, reference AT8220-55L, is a remarkable timepiece dated from June 2021. 

Powered by the Eco-Drive caliber H804 movement, It has a 1/20-second chronograph measuring up to 60 minutes, 12/24 hour time, day/date functions, and atomic timekeeping technology. It synchronizes to the atomic time clock and provides time adjustment in 26 time zones, features a perpetual calendar, and includes a power reserve indicator. Made in Japan. 

Inspired by the in-flight visual experience of a pilot, It is cased in a 48mm round stainless steel case with a bidirectional rotating navigational bezel featuring a compass. Water resistance up to 666 feet (200 meters, 20 ATM) and is protected by a durable sapphire crystal. 

The blue dial, accentuated by luminous silver-tone Arabic numerals, hour markers, and luminous hands, is packed with features such as a city time zone display and a sliding scale for measurements (Pilot's rotating slide rule dial ring). The date indicator is thoughtfully positioned at 4 o'clock. 

It is fitted with a NATO camouflage strap and also includes the original stainless steel bracelet.

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown. In the listing details we typically try to do our best to list all pertinent dimensions of a watch. If you don't see it, or we failed to do so, please reach out to us. Women’s watches from the 1900s-1970s were also much smaller than today's offerings. Please also feel free to ask any questions you have pertaining to size. 

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
